I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Ca' Sull' Acqua in Venice. The location was perfect, with easy access to the vaporetto stops for the city, train station, and islands. The view from the bathroom overlooking St. Michele was absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was cozy, warm, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchen with all the dishes and basic cooking products. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes despite the location near the water. Anahí, the host, was incredibly nice and friendly, providing helpful advice about the city and allowing us to check-in early and leave our backpacks. I will definitely be back to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the water bus stop and close to everything. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the lagoon. The bathroom was small but functional. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that they didn't charge us a late fee. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
The shower was a bit small and the water took a while to get hot.

It was conveniently situated near the boat stations, making it easy to access other islands like Murano and Burano. the property itself was spacious and clean, with well-maintained linens. the host was very accommodating, especially with our late arrival. The location was absolutely perfect with jaw-dropping sunrise views. The kitchen window allowed us to watch the world go by in the evening, and the convenience of having a Co-op supermarket just a 2-minute walk away was super. Being on the first floor meant no hassle with climbing too many stairs with luggage. The property's proximity to the F.te Nove Stop D, as well as cafes and restaurants, was excellent, and surprisingly, we weren't bothered by any noise. The bedrooms at the rear provided a peaceful sleep. The availability of air conditioning in one room and fans in the other rooms was a great bonus. The comfortable beds and pillows made for a restful stay. The host was welcoming, giving us a thorough introduction to the property. Leaving our luggage in the secure lockable area after check-out was a convenient option. an amazing stay with convenient amenities and a lovely host.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was spacious and the linens were clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to neighboring islands and a short walk to Rialto and San Marco square. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check in late without charging a fee.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I had an amazing stay at the Ca' Sull' Acqua Villa. the location was perfect, right next to the water bus stop and only a 15, minute walk from the famous St Marco Plazze. the apartment itself was cozy and the bed was comfortable. the best part was the perfectly working air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. the host was super friendly and made the check, in and check, out process easy. I also appreciated the availability of luggage storage even after check, out. I highly recommend this spot for a great stay in Venice!
Everything was exactly what I needed and wanted. 😊.

The apartment had a lot of character and charm, making it a unique and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and the airport. It was great to be able to walk to the Rialto and St Mark's in just a short time. the option to buy fresh ingredients from the local market and cook in the apartment was a delightful treat.
The apartment had some drawbacks. The steep stairs could be challenging for those with mobility issues, and the low beams in the bedroom could be a hazard for taller individuals.
